⒈电动离合、气动联锁、移动警示、过载保护。
⒉前缘滚轮进纸，变频调控风量，侧挡板、前后挡板电动位移。
⒊增加薄纸板及翘曲纸板传送稳定性，主机变频控制，增速更平稳。
⒋自动进纸和网纹辊联动工作，减少纸板浪费。
⒌计数、计速、隔张送纸功能。

1. Printing operation is motorized with pneumatically locking system, feeding and overload real time display or alarms.
2. Included anvil cylinder for lead edge feeding, ventilation volume by power frequency control and motorized movement for side, gate and back deflection plates.(guides)
3. Perform more stability for think or wrapped sheet or when production speeding up needed machine may be controlled by power frequency.
4. Automatically feeding system with anilox roller to avoid sheet wasting.

⒌相位固定装置，记忆自动复位系统，电磁离合刹车机构。

⒈ The horizontal movement for anvil cylinder, leading feeding system and slotter knives holder will be controlled by PLC program.
⒉ Computerized control and monitor system will provide purchase or job order memory and quick change by touching screen and control button when necessary.
⒊ The linear guide rail will assure precise displacement and sharp slotting.
⒋ Include protection device for safe movement to knives holder.

模切部　Rotary Die Cutter Unit

⒈ 模切压力间隙电动调整。
⒉ 胶垫辊自动横移游动装置。
⒊ 进口快换式胶垫，耐磨耗。
⒋ 速差补偿系统，确保线速一致性，保障精度。
⒌ 模版固定螺孔间距，轴向100mm；径向16等分，适用刀模高度25.4mm。

⒈ Die nip clearance is setting by motorized mode with digital display.
⒉ Included horizontal movement holder to rubber roller.
⒊ Included imported rubber pad to easy and quick replace for long operation life.
⒋ Speed difference compensation system will assure uniformly and precisely feeding.
